Ingredients 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 1/2 soft breadcrumbs 1 small onion, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Directions Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Brown meatballs in 2 batches, in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Makes 3 dozen meatballs.

Creamy Maple Dressing Ingredients: 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. sea salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper Directions: In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
