Curried Rice Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup long grain rice, cooked
    • 1/2 celery, chopped
    • 1/4 green onions, finely chopped
    • 1/4 sweet red onion, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
    • 1/4 Italian dressing
    • 2 teaspoons vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder

    Directions

    Combine rice, celery, green onions, red pepper and almonds in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing with vinegar and curry powder; add to rice mixture and toss well. Cover and chill.
