    Ingredients

    • 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1/2 lb. ground pork
    • 1/2 soft breadcrumbs
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1/4 milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Brown meatballs in 2 batches, in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Makes 3 dozen meatballs.
