Rice Pudding

    Ingredients:

    • 2-1/2 cups cooked rice
    • 1-1/2 cups scalded milk (or evaporated milk)
    • 2/3 cup white or brown sugar
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 3 Tbsp. soft butter

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients.
    2. Pour into lightly greased slow cooker.
    3. Cook on high 1 to 2 hours.
    4. Stir during first 30 minutes.
    5. Recipe can be doubled.
