    Foil Pack Onions and Potatoes

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. baby red potatoes, washed and sliced thin
    • 2 onions, sliced thin
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1 stick butter, sliced
    • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional toppings: broccoli, cheese, cooked bacon, kielbasa

    Directions:

    1. Lay down 2 sheets of heavy duty foil crossed. Spray with non-stick spray.
    2. Place potatoes and onions on the foil, distribute butter pats on potatoes and onions. Add optional toppings and seasonings.
    3. Seal foil around the contents and place on top rack of grill for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, until potatoes are fork tender
