    Coffee Dry Rub
    Great for brisket, steaks, ribs, burgers and pork tenderloin.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 Tbsp. espresso powder
    • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
    • 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
    • 1 Tbsp. each salt and pepper
    • 1 tsp. chili powder
    • 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper

    Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
