
Charcuterie Grazing Board
Ingredients:
- Sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- Smoked Gouda round
- Pecorino Romano wedge
- Block cream cheese with pepper jelly
- Slices good quality dry pepperoni
- Slices salami or sopressata
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 bunch firm red grapes
- 1 cup marinated olives
- Dried apricots
- 1 pomegranate halved
- Deli style sliced pickles
- Mini pickles
- Almonds and nuts
- Salted pistachios
- Deli style mustard
- Variety of crackers
- Fresh rosemary
Directions:
- To start, select your board size. This will give you a better idea of how much to purchase for your charcuterie board.
- Once you’ve decided on your board, place your cheeses around the board with a couple cheese knives and cheese forks.
- Place a couple small plates for berries and a few cups around the board. Arrange your meats around the dishes. Fold some of the meat and fan out others flat on the board.
- Add some fresh berries on the plates of your board.
- Add marinated olives and nuts in small cups.
- Fill in space with crackers.
- Add mustard to a cup and garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
