    Ingredients:

    • 2 pound of Chipped Chopped Ham
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 3 cups ketchup
    • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoon onion powder

    Directions:

    1. Line your slow-cooker or spray liberally with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
    2. Make a bbq sauce by combining the brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, and onion powder together in a large bowl. Stir the chipped chopped ham in with the sauce.
    3. Place the mixture in the prepared slow-cooker on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Keep on Warm until ready to serve.
    4. Serve on rolls or buns of your choice. This makes enough for a crowd and is great for birthday parties, picnics and potlucks.
