    Artichoke Dip

    Yield: Amount of Yield

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
    • 3 cups mozzarella, shredded
    • 3 cups cheddar, shredded
    • 1 cup real mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Directions:

    1. Sauté mushrooms in butter and garlic.
    2. Mix artichokes, cheeses and mayonnaise.
    3. Put mixture into 9-by-13-inch pan. Top with parmesan and bread crumbs.
    4. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
