ZANESVILLE, Ohio — U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack is coming to Ohio next week. Vilsack is making the trek to Ohio as part of U.S. President Barack Obama administration’s Rural Tour. Vilsack is scheduled to visit Zanesville, Ohio Aug. 31. The forum is slated to begin at 10 a.m. at the Muskingum County Welcome Center.
