SALEM, Ohio — Frank D. Dustman Sr., 94, of Salem, died at 7:44 p.m. June 14, 2011, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Youngstown. He was born May 12, 1917, in Patmos, Ohio, to the late Harvey E. and Ethel P. (Dressell) Dustman. He was an avid farmer and operated his own farm and raised dairy
