Spring Dairy Expo crowns winners
A 5-year-old Holstein cow and Holstein yearling heifer were named supreme champions from the 560 head of dairy cattle that paraded through the tanbark ring for the 2001 Spring Dairy Expo March 29-31 in Columbus.

Harrison County Fair 2009
The Harrison County fair ended its yearly run with nice sunny weather and higher sale prices this year. The sale garnered $12,672.76 more than the 2008 Junior Fair livestock sale. Auction Roundup — Farm equipment, machinery bring high bids at auctions
Kiko Auctioneers and Realtors of Canton, Ohio, held the seventh annual machinery and consignment auction Feb. 21 at Witmer’s Inc. of Columbiana, Ohio. The sale was conducted by auctioneers Rusty, Randall and Rudy Kiko. More than 600 registered bidders attended. The top-selling item was a John Deere 5425 with loader, MFWD for $40,000.
