    Filling Ingredients:

    • 1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
    • 1 8-oz. tub Cool Whip
    • 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
    • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Crust Ingredients:

    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 3/4 cup chopped nuts

    Directions:

    1. Mix filling ingredients and chill.

    Directions for Crust:

    1. Combine all crust ingredients, press into bottom of 9″ x 13″ pan.
    2. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
    3. Cool completely before pouring the filling in.
    4. Keep dessert refrigerated.
