Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup confectioners? sugar
- 1 egg white
- a few drops lemon juice
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Mix dry ingredients and add a little at a time. Add egg, lemon and vanilla. Beat well. Roll on floured surface. Cut and bake at 400° 10 minutes. Do not let burn.
