Veggies on the Fire

    Ingredients:

    • 3 cups yellow squash
    • 3 cups zucchini
    • 2 cups mushrooms
    • 1 large onion
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • seasoned salt, optional

    Directions:

    1. Place veggies on heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with olive oil and seasoned salt.
    2. Wrap and place on the fire. Cook approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
