    Tuna Ramen Salad

    Ingredients:

    • 3 oz. pkg. ramen noodles, crushed without seasoning
    • 6 cups napa cabbage, chopped
    • 1/2 cup sesame salad dressing
    • 2 5 oz. cans tuna, drained and flaked
    • 1 cup sugar snap peas
    • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
    • crushed red pepper
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Toss together ramen noodles, cabbage and dressing.
    2. Stir in tuna and peas and carrots. Add seasonings and more dressing if needed.
