    Traditional Hispanic Fruit Dessert
    Yield: 4 Servings

    Ingredients:

    • 3 medium bananas, sliced
    • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
    • 1/4 cup low fat condensed milk or 1/4 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/4 cup whole natural almonds, chopped and toasted

    Directions:

    1. Divide bananas and strawberries into 4 small serving bowls or plates. Top each portion of fruit with 3 teaspoons of condensed milk (or yogurt) and sprinkle with almonds.
