    Taco Skillet

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 small red onion, chopped
    • 15 ¼ oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 10 6-inch corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 8 oz. bottle taco sauce
    • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    • Optional hot pepper sauce
    • Toppings our cream, chopped green onion, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, salsa

    Directions:

    1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and drain.
    2. Add corn, tortillas, taco sauce and 1 cup of cheese; heat through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    3. Serve with hot pepper sauce, if desired. Serve with desired toppings.
