    Swiss Steak

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 tsp. steak seasoning
    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • 3 pounds boneless beef round steak, cube steak tenderized
    • 3 Tbsp. butter
    • 1 sm. onion, chopped
    • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    • 1 can beefy mushroom soup, undiluted
    • Hot cooked noodles

    Directions:

    1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, seasoning and sugar. Add beef, a couple pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
    2. In a large skillet, brown beef in butter on both sides. Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker; top with onion. Combine soups; pour over onion.
    3. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes.
