    Ingredients

    • 2 cups fat-free milk
    • 2 cups low-fat or nonfat lemon yogurt
    • 1/2 cup ice cubes
    • 3 tablespoons sugar-sweetened, powdered lemonade drink mix
    • Lemon wedge or zest (optional)
    • Directions

      In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and garnish each glass with a lemon wedge or zest if desired.
