Spinach Dip

    Ingredients:

    • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    • Pinch dried parsley
    • 1/2 cup grated onion
    • 1t. white pepper
    • 1t. salt
    • 2 cups real mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup sour cream

    Directions:

    1. Mix all together.
    2. Serve with vegetables of your choice or with rye bread.
