    Spinach Balls

    Ingredients:

    • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    • 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks), softened
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 2 cups dry stuffing mix

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray cookie sheet. Mix cooked spinach with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Form into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes.
