Sour Cream Coffee Cake

    Ingredients for Cake:

    • 1-1/2 cups biscuit mix
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 Tbsp. butter
    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Ingredients for Topping:

    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 3 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    • 2 Tbsp. butter, firm

    Directions:

    1. Mix together the cake ingredients for 1 minute. Pour into a well greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
    2. Combine topping ingredients – butter should be firm so it will break up and not get creamy. When topping is crumbly, sprinkle over cake batter.
    3. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
