    Smoked Cauliflower

    Ingredients:

    • 1 head cauliflower trimmed, rinsed, dried
    • 1/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 pinch each salt and pepper

    Directions:

    1. Mix the butter with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
    2. Rub the butter mixture evenly over the top of the cauliflower.
    3. Place cauliflower into a cast iron or foil pan.
    4. Smoke at 350 F until the cauliflower is fork-tender, about 40-45 minutes.
    5. Remove from smoker and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
