Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

    Ingredients:

    • 1/3 cup biscuit baking mix
    • 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 4 cups sliced peaches
    • 1/2 cup peach juice or water

    Directions:

    1. Combine baking mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a slow cooker. Stir in peaches and juice or water. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
    2. Remove lid for last 30 minutes to crisp the top. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 4 to 6.
