    Sheet Pan Nachos

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
    • 7 cups tortilla chips
    • 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed
    • 8 oz. colby jack cheese, shredded
    • 15 oz. can refried beans
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
    • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
    • 1/2 cup guacamole

    Directions:

    1. Heat oven to 450 F. On rimmed baking sheet, toss chips, black beans and half of colby jack.
    2. Dollop refried beans on top and sprinkle with remaining colby jack. Bake until beans are heated through and cheese has melted, 6 to 7 minutes.
    3. Dollop sour cream over nachos and top with lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole.
