    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup converted rice
    • 1 can consomme or beef bouillon soup
    • 1 can French onion soup
    • 1 can mushrooms (including liquid)
    • couple teaspoons butter

    Directions:

    1. Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in a 2 quart covered casserole dish.
