Pumpkin Pie Cake

    Ingredients

    • Crust:
    • 1 box yellow cake mix (save 1 cup for topping)
    • 1/2 oleo, melted
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 9×13 pan.
    • Filling:
    • 1 large can pumpkin
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 2/3 evaporated milk
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • Mix well and spread over crust.
    • Topping:
    • 1 cup cake mix
    • 1/4 sugar
    • 1/4 oleo

    Directions

    Mix like for crust. Sprinkle over pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° 60 to 70 minutes or until knife comes clean.
