Pumpkin Delight Cake

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Box yellow cake mix
    • 1 ½ stick melted butter
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 Large can pumpkin mix
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup crushed walnuts

    Directions:

    1. First layer
      1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup )
      1 stick melted butter
      1 egg
      Mix together with fork and (will be sticky use no stick spray on hands) pat into well greased 9X13 cake pan
    2. Second layer mix:
      1 large can pumpkin
      3 eggs
      ½ cup brown sugar
      ½ cup granulated sugar
      2/3 cup milk
      1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
      ½ teaspoon salt
      Beat well and pour onto first layer
    3. Third layer
      1 cup yellow cake mix (reserved)
      ½ stick melted butter
      ½ cup granulated sugar…(will be sticky) pat on this filling and sprinkle with crushed walnuts
    4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 to 60 minutes
