    Pork and Venison Sausage

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb. ground pork
    • 1/2 lb. ground venison
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp. black pepper
    • 2 tsp. dried sage
    • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    • 1 tsp. chili powder
    • 1 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp. brown mustard
    • 1 Tbsp. canola oil

    Directions:

    1. Combine pork, venison, salt, black pepper, sage, basil, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and mustard in a large bowl and mix well.
    2. Form into patties or logs or fill sausage casings.
    3. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Cook sausage until browned and cooked through.
