    Pineapple Cheese Ball

    Ingredients:

    • 2 pkgs. cream cheese
    • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
    • 3 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
    • For serving Assorted crackers

    Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    2. Stir in pineapple, 1 1/2 cups pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned seasoned salt.
    3. Shape into two balls. Wrap; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
    4. Place remaining pecans in a small shallow bowl; roll cheese balls in pecans to coat evenly.
    5. Serve with crackers.
