Peanut Butter Fudge

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups light brown sugar
    • 1 large can evaporated milk
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup chopped peanuts
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

    Directions

    In a heavy saucepan, cook brown sugar, evaporated milk and butter until it forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy and spread in buttered 9×9 pan.
