    PB Fruit-Nana Breakfast Smoothie

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 med. banana, sliced
    • 1 cup frozen fruit, such as blueberries
    • 2 Tbs. peanut butter
    • 1 handful loose spinach leaves

    Directions:

    1. Wash hands with soap and water. Gently run produce under cool running water.
    2. Add ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
