    Overnight Oats

    Ingredients:

    • ⅓ cup milk
    • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
    • ¼ cup rolled oats
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • 2 tsp. chia seeds
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

    Directions:

    1. Combine milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon in a 1/2-pint jar with a lid; cover and shake until combined.
    2. Fold in blueberries.
    3. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
