    Ingredients:

    • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
    • 3 slices bread, torn into pieces with 1 cup milk OR 1 cup dry bread crumbs with 1-1/4 cup milk
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped and sauted
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and bake in 350° oven in loaf pan for 1-1/2 hours.
