    Maple Bread Pudding

    Ingredients:

    • 7 slices bread 

    • 3 cups scalded milk 

    • 2 beaten eggs 

    • 1 cup pure maple syrup 

    • 1/5 teaspoon salt 

    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 

    • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Break bread into buttered casserole. 
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. 
Bake one hour in a 350°F oven.
