    Loaded Potato Casserole

    Ingredients:

    • 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
    • 1 cans cream of chicken soup
    • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 (3 oz.) bags real bacon bits or 6 slices of real bacon cooked, drained, and crumbled.
    • 2 pkgs. ranch dip mix
    • 1 large (28 to 30 oz.) bag frozen hashbrown potatoes (the shredded type)

    Directions:

    1. Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hashbrowns.
    2. Spread into a 13” x 9” pan. Bake at 400°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
