    Lamb Meatballs

    Ingredients:

    • 1-1.5 lbs. ground lamb
    • 1/2 -1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    • 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. sage
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of celery soup

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix meat, onions, salt, pepper and sage together.
    2. Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place in 8 1/2-by-13-inch pan.
    3. Mix cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup together and pour over meatballs until about 3/4 covered. Cover pan with foil.
    4. Bake for 60-75 minutes.
