Hot Maple Peaches

    Ingredients:

    • 2-3 sliced peaches
    • 1 T. butter
    • 1/2 C. maple syrup
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375º. Place peaches in oiled baking dish. Combine other ingredients and pour over peaches. Cover and bake for 15 min. Uncover and bake for 15 min. longer basting occasionally. Serve warm over plain cake.
