Horseradish Sauce

    Ingredients:

    • 3 tablespoons grated horseradish
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • Little celery salt
    • 1 tablespoon cooking fat
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 cup vegetable stock or milk if available

    Directions:

    1. Cook flour gently in fat, add stock, and boil. Add celery salt, sugar and grated horseradish and keep hot in double saucepan until needed.
