Grilled Steak with Slaw

    Ingredients

    • 4 cups Freezer Coleslaw*
    • 4 rib eye steaks
    • 2 teaspoons grill seasoning
    • Directions

      Prepare and preheat grill. Make coleslaw and refrigerate, or thaw some you made earlier. Sprinkle steak with grill seasoning and grill to desired doneness, at least medium rare (140° on a meat thermometer). Remove steaks from grill, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes. Place on serving plate and top with coleslaw; serve immediately. Serves 4.
