Fudgey Honey Brownies

Yield: 12 Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 (21 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/3 vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 1/4 water

Honey Drip Icing Ingredients

• 3/4 confectioners’ sugar
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons water
• 3 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients; mix and spread into prepared baking pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool; drizzle with honey drip icing.
2. Honey Drip Icing: Combine all ingredients, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Drizzle over brownies.

Note: This recipe works well in tassie pans to make round brownies.
