Fruit Cheese Ball

    Ingredients:

    • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained and chopped up
    • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 3/4 cup chopped nuts

    Directions:

    1. Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl, mix thoroughly and form into a ball.
    2. Roll ball in nuts, refrigerate.
    3. Serve with chocolate graham, crackers.
