Fried Garbanzo Beans

    Ingredients:

    • can of Garbanzo beans
    • vegetable oil
    • smoked paprika
    • salt

    Directions:

    1. Drain and rinse a can of Garbanzo beans. Make sure to dry thoroughly and make more than you think is appropriate because they are tasty.
    2. Heat a few inches of vegetable oil in a pan heating to 350 degrees or close to it.
    3. Add the DRIED garbanzo beans to the oil and fry in batches until golden-brown and crispy. Dry them on paper towels and toss them with smoked paprika and salt.
    4. They go well with a variety of adult beverages.
