Fresh Apple Slaw

    Ingredients:

    • 1 small red apple, diced
    • 2 cups shredded cabbage
    • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
    • 1 small green bell pepper
    • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
    • 1 Tablespoon orange juice
    • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
    • Dash of cinnamon

    Directions:

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized serving bowl and refrigerate until time to serve.  The recipe will make about 4 servings.
