El Paso Casserole

    Ingredients

    • 1 3/4 pound processed cheese
    • 2 pounds ham, cut up
    • 1 1/2 pounds wide noodles
    • White sauce:
    • 1/2 pound butter
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 gallon milk
    • Directions

      Cook noodles in water and drain. Blend cheese and ham into white sauce. Pour over cooked noodles in baking dish, and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done. Serves 30.
