“Egg Nog” White Chocolate Bark

    Ingredients:

    • 4-1/2 pkg.  (4 oz. each) White Chocolate (18 oz.), chopped
    • 1 can  (6 oz.) Pistachio Lovers nut mix
    • 1/2 cup  dried cranberries
    • 1/2 tsp.  vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp.  ground nutmeg

    Directions:

    1. MICROWAVE chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
    2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
    3. STIR in remaining ingredients until blended; spread immediately onto foil-covered baking sheet.
    4. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.
    5. Break into pieces.
