    Crockpot Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

    Ingredients:

    • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 3 stalks celery, chopped
    • 3 carrots, chopped
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    • 1 tsp. dried thyme
    • 1 tsp. minced garlic
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 4 cups chicken broth
    • 4 cups water
    • 24 oz. frozen Reames noodles

    Directions:

    1. Place chicken, onions, carrots and celery in a 6-quart crock pot. Add in the seasonings.
    2. Stir together the flour and water in a medium-sized bowl. Pour this mixture into the crock pot. Add in the chicken broth.
    3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
    4. Shred the chicken and then stir in the frozen noodles. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or on high for 30 minutes until the noodles are cooked through.
