    Crab Rangoon

    Ingredients:

    • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
    • 6 ounces crab meat or immitation crab meat, finely chopped
    • 6 scallions, whites only, finely sliced (about 1/2 cup)
    • 1 clove of garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
    • 1 pack square wonton wrappers, about 40-50 pieces
    • Oil or cooking spray for spritzing in the air fryer

    Directions:

    1. in a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except the wonton wrappers.
    2. Place a 1/4 teaspoon of the filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper. wet two of the edges, and fold into a triangle shape., pinching the edges together to seal them. Place sealed wontons on a tray, cover with a damp towel to keep from drying.
    3. Working in batches, place a single layer of wontons in the air fryer. Spritz with oil or cooking spray. Cook at 360 for 4 minutes, flip and spritz the second side. Return to cooking for another 4 minutes. Repeat with remaining wontons.
    4. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce such as duck sauce, sweet and sour sauce or chinese spicy mustard.
