    Cinnamon Honey Butter

    Yield: 6 4-ounce jelly jars

    Fill 4-ounce jelly jars and gift with a pack of bakery rolls.

    Ingredients:

    • 3/4 cup salted butter, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 6 tbsp. honey
    • 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
    • Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes or until fluffy. Taste and add more cinnamon or honey as desired.
    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month. Remove from the fridge an hour before serving to soften.
